About Home Instead Ilkley
Welcome to Home Instead Senior Care Ilkley!
We provide the highest quality home care in the following areas: Bingley, Burley-in-Wharfedale, Guiseley, Ilkley, Keighley, Menston, Otley, Skipton and Settle. We also cover surrounding areas and villages.
We specialise in non-medical care for older people. This can include anything from companionship, accompanying clients to social engagements, home help, meal preparation, and personal care to specialised services for people with dementia and their families.
Our key aim is to support and empower our clients so that they can remain living independently in their own home for as long as possible. We know that most people are happiest when they are able to remain living in familiar surroundings, so the care we provide is bespoke and individually planned for each client. You tell us what you want, when you want it. At the heart of our work is the close relationship we build with our clients and their families. We are there to support you emotionally and socially, as well as to assist you with daily activities. We will carefully match a CAREGiver to meet your needs.
Our CAREGivers are carefully selected for their positive qualities. We recruit CAREGivers who are reliable, have empathy, can listen carefully to your needs and concerns, and who show respect and compassion when working with older clients. All staff go through a rigorous selection process, which includes an enhanced DBS check (formerly the CRB), four references, and an initial extensive training programme followed by on going training.
If you would like to know more about the service we provide please call me, Bren, on 01943 66 21 88.
We were very happy with the service we received from Home Instead. The staff dealt well with my Mother's reluctance to be cared for by non-family members, and were flexible to accommodate the family's changing needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for home care for an elderly relative. If I had two words to sum them up it would be quiet and respectful.Mrs B, Ilkley
