Sales & Marketing Director

Rebecca leads Sales and Marketing for Home Instead UK, driving growth, brand awareness and network-wide impact. With in depth franchise and multi-site business experience, she aligns national and local strategies through evidence-led-decision making. Rebecca is committed to responsible growth, while strengthening our reputation as a leader in the relationship-led home care market.
Rebecca is a senior marketing leader with a reputation for cutting through complexity and delivering results in some of the most competitive consumer environments in the UK. Highly articulate, commercially sharp, and an excellent negotiator, she has spent her career building and executing marketing strategies that genuinely move the needle, combining strong creative instincts with a practical, grounded approach that keeps commercial reality front and centre.
Her career has taken her through the heart of the UK food and hospitality industry. She began as Marketing Director UK at Kout Food Group, where she led the marketing strategy across a portfolio of major restaurant brands from 2009 to 2015. She then joined Domino’s Pizza as Head of Marketing, a role she held for seven years and in which she helped shape one of the most recognised and active marketing presences in the UK quick-service restaurant sector.
Moving to Papa John’s as Senior Director of Marketing, Rebecca brought her wealth of experience for the brand’s continued growth in the UK market until 2024. Since then, Rebecca has worked as an independent marketing consultant, partnering with organisations to bring senior-level strategic thinking and hands-on driven campaigns, giving her a broad and deeply practical toolkit that she brings to every engagement.
What sets Rebecca apart is not just her experience, but her instinct. She has an innate ability to understand what motivates consumers, what differentiates a brand, and how to align a marketing function behind a clear and compelling commercial strategy.
At the heart of Rebecca’s work at Home Instead is a belief that home care should be the first and most natural choice for people as they age, not an afterthought or a last resort. She is committed to repositioning the conversation around later-life care, championing a future in which staying at home with the right support is seen as the gold standard, and ensuring that Home Instead is at the centre of that shift. Through strategic marketing, genuine storytelling and a relentless focus on quality, Rebecca is helping to build a future where more people can live well, for longer, in the place they love most: their home.
