Suhail Rehman, a Home Instead UK franchisee, was awarded Best In Class Multi-Unit at the HSBC British Franchise Awards. BFA/HSBC Franchisor of the Year
Home Instead won the Gold Award for Franchisor of the Year at the bfa HSBC Franchise Awards in 2020, for their ethical approach to franchising and their support for franchisees. EWIF: Encouraging Women Into Franchise
Three Home Instead franchisees were celebrated at the NatWest Encouraging Women In Franchise Awards. Louise McLaughlin, owner of Home Instead Belfast, won Young Woman in Franchising of the Year 2024, after growing her business to 40 Care Professionals serving over 100 clients.
Lesley Ballingall was nominated for Woman Franchise Employee of the Year for her work expanding the care workforce and leading the Men in Care campaign. Sophie Mellor, owner of Home Instead Lytham, Fylde and Wyre, was nominated for Woman Franchisee of the Year, running 165 Care Professionals across three franchises.
