Are you thinking about buying a franchise? Starting a business that delivers both purpose and profit? Are you passionate about building something big – something that changes lives?
For over 20 years, we’ve supported entrepreneurs across the UK to build successful, sustainable businesses that help older adults live well at home. Backed by a trusted brand, an award-winning model, and a rapidly growing market, our franchisees don’t just run home care businesses, they lead purpose-driven organisations that thrive through change.
On 25th September at 1pm, we’ll be taking you behind the scenes for a live Q&A webinar.
Featuring a panel of franchisees who will share their stories, experiences and the realities of running their own successful care businesses, you’ll get to ask questions and gain insight.
Whether you’re new to franchising or looking for your next opportunity, this session is your chance to get informed and hear what it takes to build a business with purpose.
At just 24 years old,Wafa is the dynamic young franchise owner of Home Instead Broadstairs, Ramsgate & Margate. Having started her journey with the brand as a Care Professional, she quickly climbed the ladder to ownership. Wafa is passionate about delivering high-quality care, digital innovation, and building a motivated team culture. Franchising appealed to Wafa because of the structure, support network and sense of community that it provides. Owning a franchise has shifted Wafa’s personal goals. Instead of dreaming about working her way up the corporate ladder, she now dreams of having ten franchises in the UK and internationally.
Mandy was inspired to join Home Instead after a conversation with an existing owner and a visit to National Office, where she was impressed by the company’s mission and impact. With a background in finance, she valued the proven business model, ongoing innovation, and strong franchisor support, particularly in customer acquisition, training, and technology. Actively involved in community initiatives like Dementia Friends and companionship cafés, Mandy credits her success to a willingness to follow the model, step out of her comfort zone, and embrace growth opportunities with confidence.
Sunny, an ambitious entrepreneur, bought Home Instead South East Northumberland in 2023, and became a multi-unit owner in 2024. Keen to embark on a business journey but knowing a start-up wasn’t right for him, Sunny began looking at existing franchise businesses he could continue to grow. Sunny was keen to establish a business that helped people in a similar position to him and he could see what an important contribution to the local area it would make. Buying a resale franchise, Sunny was pleased to take over a business that already had a strong local reputation, an established team and was growing. Already a successful business, Sunny has continued to grow the business with ambitions to double turnover by 2025.
