Following your training your Business Performance Partner will coach and guide you along the way – acting as a non-exec and support function.

As homecare is regulated, the team are also on hand to assist in complying with, and exceeding, all legislation governing the homecare market.
The Marketing team support you in raising awareness of the brand and services in your local territory as well as doing this on a national level. Franchisees have their own pre-built, customisable website as well as access to our national recruitment website and training and support for online and social media pages.
Business Development Support
Business Development at Home Instead is all about pushing our brand into new arenas. Working closely with the Innovation team, they strive forward into new service avenues and partner with the right companies to provide our clients with a well rounded service. All of this is tested on your behalf so it's an off the shelf solution you can put into your business at a time to suit you.
