Joel is a corporate partner with extensive experience advising clients across mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and joint ventures. Specialising in health and social care, healthtech, and manufacturing, he takes a pragmatic, commercial approach to guiding clients through complex transactions, helping them make informed decisions that achieve the best outcomes.
Mike has hands-on experience buying and selling Home Instead franchises, most recently assisting with the purchase of a franchise in 2017 and its resale in 2024. He guides both buyers and sellers through valuations, contract negotiations, and the overall franchise transaction process, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.
Marc has 15 years’ experience at HSBC in a variety of roles, most recently leading the bank’s international franchise strategy. He now works closely with UK franchisors and franchisees, supporting them in building and growing their businesses effectively in today’s challenging market.
