Home Instead’s PEAQ performance

Every year, Home Instead commissions an anonymous PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality) survey of our clients and CAREGivers. This is carried out by WorkBuzz, an independent research organisation, across our franchise network and is designed to measure client satisfaction and CAREGiver engagement.

The survey results are used to drive our future strategy, including the development of innovative services for clients and the best possible training programmes, tailored specifically for our CAREGivers.

It’s one of the many ways we ensure that our franchisees remain ahead of their competitors.

World-class results

Once again, our results are world-class and bear testament to our franchise model, our unique approach to care and the support provided to our network through our highly experienced National Office team.

We were delighted to see that some 96% of clients would recommend Home Instead and 97% of our CAREGivers said that they’d recommend it as a good place to work.

95% of the clients surveyed said that their CAREGiver was well matched to their needs – and the same percentage of CAREGivers also felt that this was the case.

A total of 92% of clients also found our office team to be responsive to their needs. Overall, we achieved a ‘world-class’ client advocacy score of 66%.

Meanwhile, 96% of our CAREGivers said that they were proud to work for us.

These figures show that we are achieving several key aims: keeping our clients happy and providing them with excellent care; keeping our CAREGivers happy and engaged; and helping us to be the employer of choice in this sector.
