Home Instead Senior Care named one of the UK’s best employers for the second year running

We are thrilled to announce that we have been ranked as the 87th best small company nationally. This is the second consecutive year that Home Instead Senior Care has been named as one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.

Our ranking, announced at an awards ceremony last week, relates to our 55-strong National Office team. This team of business specialists supports our franchise network of over 195 local offices across the UK.

Boasting an industry-leading 4:1 support ratio, the National Office team includes experts spanning Business Development, Care Quality, IT, Marketing and Legal support.

We have also been named as a 3-star Best Companies accredited employer, made possible only through an extraordinary commitment to workplace engagement.

Martin Jones, Managing Director of Home Instead, said: “I’m delighted that we’ve been named as one of the top 100 Best Small Companies for a second year running.

“Our people are our greatest asset – they are responsible for taking our aims, objectives, business model and aspirations and turning them into reality on the ground for the benefit of families and communities. Investing in our people means they’re happy and motivated to build strong relationships with our franchisees who are in turn inspired to delivering outstanding care in the UK.

“Being in the top 100 for a second year is a tremendous achievement and I’m proud to be part of an organisation that values its people so highly.”
