More awards news from Home Instead, demonstrating yet again the excellence of our model of person-centred care. We have been named winner in the ‘Specialist Care’ category at the prestigious Home Care Awards.
These national awards celebrate the very best companies in the care sector; companies who are looking to raise standards.
Our entry centred around our specialism in providing care for older people and looked at how we are innovating to create a new model for elderly care.
The award was collected by our Head of Innovation, Mark Laing who said, “It was an honour to attend the ceremony in London and to receive the award on behalf of all the team at Home Instead and, in particular, our CAREGivers who work tirelessly to make a difference to the lives of our clients.
“We take a very different approach to home care and it is lovely for us all to receive this recognition.
“As the only national home care provider to focus on older people, we have tailored our approach and our service to meet their specific needs.
“We firmly believe that lifestyle options should not narrow because of old age and our mantra, live well your way, sees us focusing on clients to enrich their lives, whilst bringing peace of mind to their families.”
