Have you seen the new Home Instead Senior Care TV advert yet? It’s transforming the way in which we’re supporting our franchisees, giving us a huge competitive advantage, as it’s the first ever national TV campaign to focus on a home care company. It’s being aired during prime time programmes on ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 throughout October.
The advert, which launched during Emmerdale on October 1st, will provide a massive boost for franchisees by raising awareness of our brand and services and by opening up new business opportunities through increased interest from potentials client whilst supporting owners to recruit CAREGivers.
Entitled ‘the Third Stair’, the commercial tells the poignant story of Stanley, who recently lost his wife. He desperately misses her and the sound of her feet making the third stair creak as she went downstairs each morning. Stanley is also worried about having to leave his home – but his children reassure him that he won’t have to, and arrange for him to receive support from a Home Instead CAREGiver.
Boosting interest for franchisees
The advert was piloted in the Midlands in January and received a fantastic response. Franchisees benefitted from an increase in brand awareness; a significant upturn in website traffic and care enquiries; and many more calls from people interested in working as a CAREGiver.
