Home Instead celebrates three finalists for top national awards

Home Instead, the No.1 home care company in the UK is proud to announce that three franchise owners have been announced as finalists in the highly prestigious 2025 BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards, dubbed the Oscars of franchising.

Wafa Mohbubul, who at just 24, is the proud owner of a Home Instead resale territory which is going from strength to strength. She is a great role model for other young people considering the incredible opportunities provided by franchising. Wafa is a finalist in the aptly named Young Guns category.

Zoe March and Rob Moore are high performing multi-unit franchise owners with four territories, soon to be five. The couple have embraced the Home Instead business model, building a business that’s high performing, as well as having care at its heart. They are delighted to be finalists in the hotly contested category of Star Performer.

Imogen Clarke, Head of Franchise Development at Home Instead said, “Everyone wants to be part of the bfa awards, they are held in such high esteem. Huge well done to Wafa, Zoe and Rob who richly deserve to be finalists. Well done to all the finalists and we are looking forward to the awards evening in November.”

There are 56 finalists in the 2025 BFA (British Franchise Association) awards. The BFA is the UK’s leading authority on franchising, dedicated to upholding ethical business practices and high standards.

The winners will be revealed at a glittering black-tie dinner in Telford on 6th November 2025 following the association’s annual conference.

The awards are sponsored by HSBC UK. UK Head of Franchise Gillian Morris said: “My warmest congratulations to all the finalists in this year’s British Franchise Awards. It’s certainly not an easy task but shortlisting the entries and choosing the finalists is one of the highlights of my year. As ever, there are some brilliant businesses amongst this year’s entrants. They really do represent the best of British franchising, and I look forward to seeing them all at the awards ceremony in November.”

Chief Executive of the BFA Pip Wilkins said: “Our huge congratulations to Wafa, Rob and Zoe and all our finalists this year. As ever, the entries were very strong, and we commend each and every one of them for their efforts over the past 12 months to do more and to do better. Our members and their franchisees are the backbone of the BFA, upholding the ethical values of the association and we thank them for their commitment.
