Home Instead celebrates 250th office

The Home Instead franchise network recently came together to celebrate the opening of the company’s 250th office in Mansfield, paying tribute to 17 years of successful franchising and thanking owners for strengthening the Home Instead brand across the UK.

The milestone was marked with an event at Delamere Manor in Cheshire where the 250th office owners, Suzie and Rob Stanton, accompanied by one of their care professionals, Alessia were formally welcomed into the Home Instead family.

Guests included the team from our National Office in Warrington, franchise owners from across the network, CEO of the British Franchise Association, Pip Wilkins, as well as representatives from companies who support us and the network.

The owners of Home Instead’s very first franchise office, Bryn and Jill Evans, attended the event. They are a true Home Instead success story, having grown from one to multiple franchise offices across Sheffield and Barnsley. They certainly give Rob and Suzie something to work towards!

Speaking at the event, CEO UK & International, Martin Jones MBE recalled celebrating the brand’s 200th office opening which took place at Chester Cathedral in 2019 and the 100th office celebration in 2012 at the world famous Jodrell Bank Centre in Cheshire.

Reflecting on how far the business has come, he said, “We have grown significantly as a business but our reason for being hasn’t changed.

“Our mission to increase the world’s capacity to care is what unites us and what drives us to deliver quality care which keeps people in their own homes and supports their families.

“As society grapples with our ageing population, home care becomes even more relevant.

“We will continue to work to better understand the needs of our clients and their families, to adapt our model and grow our service offering to ensure that we continue to lead from the front.”
