Home Instead Senior Care continues to lead the pack in UK in-home care delivery with our franchise network being shortlisted for three categories in the 2020 Home Care Awards.
This follows our success at last year’s awards when were named winners in the Specialist Care Expertise category.
For 2020 we have been recognised and shortlisted in the following categories:
Innovative Technology – including our use of sensor based safeguarding technology in looking after clients’ wellbeing when CAREGivers are not with them. Our ‘high-tech, high-touch’ approach is enabling us to future-proof our care provision whilst continuing to offer the personal levels of care we are renowned for.
End of Life Care Expertise – our end of life care service is supporting people’s wish to die in a place of their choosing, often their own home, where they are comfortable and happiest, rather than having to go into hospital, a care home or hospice. With our ‘soft skills’ training, we have been supporting our CAREGivers to use terminology and approaches that allow them to deliver the best levels of care.
This expertise is allowing franchisees to support clients for longer.
Marketing Expertise – we are the first home care company to commit to a national television brand advertising campaign with our ad, ‘The Third Stair’ – a poignant film detailing Stanley’s story of life after the loss of his wife and his fears of having to leave his family home.
For our franchisees the national campaign delivered high levels of brand awareness in a relatively short space of time and saw enquiry levels rise significantly across the network, boosting recruitment of both clients and CAREGivers across the UK.
