What does it cost to join Home Instead?

Here’s a breakdown of key upfront and ongoing costs:

  • Franchise Fee – £41,000 + VAT for a new territory, £20,500 + VAT for a resale
  • Royalty Fee – 6.5% + VAT on monthly turnover
  • Working Capital – To cover operational costs while establishing the business
  • Additional costs – Legal, due diligence and acquisition admin (applicable when purchasing a resale)

These costs reflect our continued investment into your success, and includes training, operational support and national marketing.
