Celebrating Two Decades of Exceptional Care
In 2025, we were proud to mark a major milestone for our network: 20 years of delivering outstanding home care across the UK. To honour this achievement, earlier this month we brought together our national office team, franchisees from across our network and our valued key players from every corner of the country for a truly special anniversary celebration at the iconic Grosvenor House London.
For twenty years, our franchise network has been united by a shared purpose – to provide compassionate, relationship-led care that enables people to live well at home. What began as a vision has grown into a nationwide community of dedicated franchise offices, Care Professionals and support teams, all working together to raise standards and redefine what home care can be.
Our anniversary event was an opportunity not only to celebrate commercial success, but to recognise the strength of our network. The collaboration, knowledge-sharing and mutual support between franchisees is what drives our continued growth and ensures we consistently deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and their families.
Throughout the evening, we reflected on the stories that have shaped our journey, from early beginnings to becoming one of the UK’s most trusted home care franchise networks. Just as importantly, we looked ahead, reaffirming our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our ageing population and championing greater awareness and understanding of high-quality home care.
Recognising Excellence Across Our Network
At the heart of our success are our incredible Care Professionals. Their compassion, dedication and professionalism make a life-changing difference every single day.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of our Care Professional of the Year award, celebrating an individual whose passion and commitment truly embody our values. We were delighted to recognise our winner Gail Colby, from our Norwich office, whose drive to deliver outstanding care to her clients, and to support the wider local community stood out among so many inspiring nominations from across the UK.
This award is a testament not only to individual excellence, but to the culture of care nurtured throughout our franchise network.
A Night to Remember
The evening combined reflection with celebration. Hosted by the brilliant Joel Dommett, the event was filled with warmth, laughter and a few unforgettable surprises – including a special guest appearance and performance from Jason Donovan.
We were also treated to a spectacular performance from the cast of The Lion King, bringing the energy and vibrancy befitting such a landmark occasion.
