The most common client concerns
We wanted to know what our clients are most worried about in order to better understand how we can help them. So we contacted some of them to ask.
In a survey of just over 400 respondents*, conducted by our Home Instead national office, it was found that 26% were concerned about the nutrition for their loved ones. Concerns raised included:
- not eating enough
- not eating food with the right nutritional content
- not drinking enough
- not having enough food available in the home
- not having food available which is safe to eat ie, in date
- eating alone (the meal time 'experience' did not encourage actually wanting to eat)
*406 respondents (Quant) B8.
