Our new care packages are coming!
Our new care packages, Care Solutions, are being introduced to address the worries and concerns of our clients in a practical way. Each of our packages will be tailored around the individual and will be designed to offer flexibility and the comprehensive range of support that we know our clients need.
Care Solutions offers four main advantages, which are briefly:
- Home care services. In addition to the care giving that you would expect, we will also offer additional support such as care planning, CAREGiver introductions, regular quality checks and reviews. All of these elements combine to ensure that the care that you will receive is most appropriate and effective for you at any given point, perhaps as your needs change over time.
- Care management services. We endeavour to provide additional support to help our clients with their well-being needs. For example, we are happy to provide guidance about funding that might be available to you, we can liaise with other care professionals on your behalf and can support you with nutrition and hydration.
- Simple payment options. A monthly fee will cover a pre-agreed number of weekly hours and charges will remain the same regardless of the number of days, evenings or weekends booked (the rate will only alter on Bank Holidays). This makes budgeting much easier for our clients.
- Remote services. We can still offer support when we are not there by using various tools to communicate easily with our clients and their families. One such tool is Mobizio, our mobile phone app, which families can log in to keep updated on the details of all our CAREGiver visits. Our online Client Portal also allows clients access to invoicing and other important details.
