CQC rate our care as 'Outstanding'.

The Care Quality Commission is the UK body which monitors, regulates and inspects UK care services to ensure they meet fundamental standards of safety and quality.   The CQC inspects care providers on a regular basis and the reports they produce will help you to make a more informed choice about which care provider to use.   What you probably want, more than anything, is to find reliable, affordable care that you can trust.

Today, 17th February 2020, we performed a search on the CQC (Care Quality Commission) website to find out which local domiciliary care providers were rated either 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by the CQC for the care service they provide.   We found that Home Instead, Farnborough are currently the only provider that meets the 'Outstanding' criteria at this present time.  The majority of providers are rated 'Good' and many have not yet been inspected and ranked.  We hope that this insight is useful and would encourage you to read our latest CQC report (dated August 2019).
