What can a care package include?
Our home care visits are a minimum of one hour and can include help with such things as:
· companionship · accompanied trips, to the shops, for example · making shopping lists and doing shopping · meal planning and nutritional guidance · household tasks e.g. bed changing and vacuuming · personal care, such as help with bathing and dressing · ensuring medication is taken correctly and on time · specialist care support (dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and diabetes)
Our care packages can also offer extra safety options, such as personal and domestic alarms and sensors, to keep you safer at home when a CAREGiver is not there with you.
