Home Care in Epping

We have used Home Instead for about 18 months and we have found them more than helpful and always ready to oblige in any task. It is always done with a cheerful manner and my husband and I look forward to their visits. They always arrive on time and we are informed if they are going to be late because of traffic or weather. Our dealings with the office have been very professional.

I’m writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care you provided to my father during the last months of his life. Your team’s kindness, patience, and respect towards him were a great comfort not only to him but to the family. I am also reaching out with a special thanks to the carers who were with my father when he passed away. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names during the brief times we met, but their sensitivity and kindness during such an intense and difficult moment did not go unnoticed. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to them; I cannot imagine the emotional toll it takes and I hope they are doing okay.
