- Since January 2022 my husband has been in the unfortunate position of being hospitalised on four occasions which left us in need of carers to assist in his care. During that period we have had 3 different companies. The first was good, the second was dreadful and then, I was fortunate enough to have a friend recommend Home Instead. The service is reliable and most of the carers are absolutely excellent. They are all good. The ones who are excellent (the majority) use their initiative and are well organized and do everything on the list and also have lovely relationships with my mum.
