  • Following a career working for large corporations for many years, Mike started East Hampshire and Midhurst Home Instead in 2013. As franchise owner, Mike feels he now has an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the local community.

  • Stephanie has over 14 years’ experience in care. She joined the Home Instead family in 2012 as a Care professional. Stephanie says, ‘The Home Instead ethos and client centred approach reflects my own beliefs, being a care Manager at Home Instead really excites me.’

  • Laura has more than eight years of experience in scheduling for our Care Professionals and clients to make sure their needs are met. Laura feels it's been a great accomplishment to continually be able to provide the right level of support to all of our clients.

  • Natalie has over 9 years’ experience within care. Her role helps us select the right people to join our family of care professionals and follow them through their training journey with us. Natalie says, ‘the only way to do great work is to love the work you do.’

  • Chloe joined Home Instead after working in the childcare industry for many years. Chloe assists our recruitment team and uses marketing to spread the word about our services to the community. She believes that care isn’t just a job – it’s in your bones!

  • Leanne has worked in Care since 2015. Her role with Home Instead is to support the daily Administration of the office and Care Professionals. Leanne loves that every day is different, the thanks and recognition we receive from our clients makes our roles so rewarding.

  • Sarah started her professional working career in the care sector and has now returned to help Home Instead be part of the community. Looking to make a difference, Sarah joined the Team to help strengthen our community relations and to make a difference to someone’s day!

  • Over the course of my career, I have worked in the field of care for over 20 years, including over 12 years with Home Instead. Since last year, I have been working with the live in care team as their supervisor and supporting them in person and remotely.
