Every year we partner with Smith and Henderson, an independent research company, to carry out a satisfaction survey with our clients and CAREGivers.

This is their chance to offer their views and comments on how well we are doing or tell us which areas we could improve on, they can do this honestly because the survey is anonymous.

We have now had the results back, and they are outstanding and is proof that we are getting right. We are indeed 'changing the face of ageing in Durham'
