Every year we partner with Smith and Henderson, an independent research company, to carry out a satisfaction survey with our clients and CAREGivers.
This is their chance to offer their views and comments on how well we are doing or tell us which areas we could improve on, they can do this honestly because the survey is anonymous.
We have now had the results back, and they are outstanding and is proof that we are getting right. We are indeed 'changing the face of ageing in Durham'
A few comments our clients made:
A 100% said their CAREGiver was properly introduced to them before they started working with them
A 100% said their CAREGiver arrives on time and takes in interest in them as a person
A 100% said their CAREGiver goes the extra mile to make a positive difference to their life
A 100% said their CAREGiver is well matched to them

Trudi Jameson (Owner and Director) said ' I'm delighted with these results, and combine this with our recent CQC outstanding rating, it goes a long way in proving we do what we say we do and that relationship-led home care and our special blend of companionship and personal care is the future of home care. None of this would be possible without the dedication and commitment of our CAREGivers and office team'
Both professional and caring. My father thought of his carers as friends, because of the excellent interaction, the carers made his life more interesting than it would have been, confined to his home as he was.Mrs Marriott (permission to use name given)
