Testimonials

At Home Instead Senior Care we pride ourselves on providing outstanding care. We make it our personal mission to ensure that our clients receive the type of care we would want for our own family members.

In order to do this, we recruit the best CAREGivers who are genuinely passionate about caring for others. We train them to the highest standard using our market leading training programme and ensure that we carefully match them to our clients based on personality, interests, hobbies and location. We have a big focus on the professional development of our CAREGivers and we are always on hand to support them which in turn allows them to focus on providing high quality care for our clients.

Nothing gives us more pleasure than hearing that our service has had a huge positive impact on the way our clients live their lives and how it has enabled them to continue living happily, safely and independently in their own homes.

“ I cannot praise enough the professionalism and support given to my Mother from people who showed genuine care and concern whether they be a Manager or a Caregiver. My Mother's life was rendered so much more comfortable by her daily visit from a friendly, competent Caregiver for whom nothing was too much trouble. This latter kept me informed of my Mother's well being and alerted me immediately to any concerns, however small, via the excellent app used by the company. In this way, I felt really in touch with my Mother's needs and was able to intervene quickly if necessary to ensure her continuing comfort. The policy to assign a main Caregiver to a client allows trust and a relationship to be built. In my Mother's case this, along with the knowledge that the Caregiver would unfailingly arrive at the agreed time, gave her a feeling of security as she became less able to manage life unaided. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone seeking high-quality care for a loved one. Published on Homecare.co.uk ’’

This is what our clients and their families have to say...

David B (Son-in-law of Client)

We have been very happy with the care provided to Mum at home since she returned after a fall. She has developed an extremely strong relationship with all of her carers who act in a very professional but also gentle manner. She has formed a strong bond to one in particular who is now just like an old friend. The Home Instead management are also very alert and efficient with regard to all aspects of the care provided.

The carers looking after my dad were so helpful and lovely. The went out with him, took him shopping, church and went beyond expected care. Became very friendly with him and cared about him so much. My dad loved the carers and spoke about them a lot. Struck up a great friendship with him and he loved
the time he spent with them. Highly recommended - brilliant care!

Very gentle, caring ladies that are becoming friends of Mum's rather than carers. She really enjoys the times they take her out. They do not force her to do anything which is good, as she does what is asked/needed and feels it's of her own accord.

I intend to write a more detailed letter but feel compelled to quickly send this email A few weeks ago my mother was discharged from hospital into the care of my brothers and your agency My mum has been visited twice a day by your careers Leah and Maxine. What a wonderful team of experienced knowledgable caring and hard working professionals they were. I would like to thank you so much for their care of my mum. They were both absolutely fantastic and we would not have managed without their professional input. I would like to particularly mention Maxine ,who managed to support my brothers and their partners in understanding my mums end of life needs. She did this with such amazing knowledge and empathy which helped the whole family so much. My brother and sister in laws reports of how Maxine supported them during mums last moments in life will stay with us forever. Also her invaluable help with the practicalities of what they needed to do regarding the administration requirements was so helpful. Thank you so much for allocating these two wonderful women in the care of my mum. Please will you also pass on our immense gratitude to both Leah and Maxine.
