How Home Instead Came Up Trumps!

During our recent bad weather where snow made travel very difficult, our CAREGivers came up trumps and worked very hard to reach their clients. Many walked or changed their schedule or route to reach clients. The office staff kept clients informed and ensured the most vulnerable were put as priortity. Quite a few of our wonderful clients phoned in to say ‘don’t send a CAREGiver out in this bad weather to me, I can wait’

We held our March 18 Caregiver Meeting last week and we gave out gift vouchers to caregivers who had worked during the bad weather to say ‘thank you from Home Instead’ As a company, we put valuing our staff as very high priority and actions speak louder than word

The main photo shows our senior scheduler Tracey Towey talking to CAREGivers at the meeting to bring them up to date with the latest developments in the company. The second shows our Care Manager Gina giving out the gift certificates
