Home Instead sets the bar high for care and service to the client. We also set the bar high for our employment practice and job satisfaction. To this end we are participating in an extensive independently run survey about our service called PEAQ. The survey takes in the views of our clients, CAREGivers and office staff and looks at all aspects of our operation from our recruitment to our training and our HR practices. Below is a picture of our administration area livened up with PEAQ flags plus one of a caregiver doing her online PEAQ questionnaire. All the responses are anonymous to encourage openness. We want to know where we are doing well as we have a genuine heart for our service, but we also want to know where we need to improve. Anyone considering our service or considering becoming a caregiver is welcome to see our PEAQ results from previous years.
