Home Instead and Tendring Eldercare are asking youngsters aged 4 to 12 years old to help them create a Happy Queens Jubilee card. The winning entry will be sent out to 200 residents along with a special cream tea delivery, reaching out to those who may otherwise not be able to join in the street parties celebrating her Majesty the Queen's 70 year reign.
