  • Jean is our business manager and franchise owner. Jean has a lifetime of delivering care first as a nurse, then a midwife and then working in developing countries. Her loyal team say that Jean has 'care' written through her like a stick of rock.

  • Louise manages the day to day operations of Home Instead. She keeps a keen eye on ensuring our services are tailor-made, top quality and person-centred for every single client. The type of care you would wish for your own family.

  • As Head of People, Jo aims to serve as a role model for the Home Instead culture of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. Jo has an approachable, friendly nature and an open door policy. She leads on recruitment, retention and employee relations.

  • Marie manages all aspects of client care. She works with the Field Care Supervisors to support our Care Professionals ensuring our clients receive professional, compassionate, tailor-made care and support.

  • Jenny is our On-Call Field Care Supervisor supporting our Care Professionals over the weekends. Jenny has experience as both a Care Pro and as a police 999 call handler so her calm, cool demeanour make her perfect for this role.

  • Jo supports and mentors her fellow Care Professionals, helping to ensure they provide the best care possible for our clients. She also carries out care consultations and service reviews with potential and existing clients, and supports our on-call services.

  • Maria has a cheery disposition and an enthusiastic, 'can do' approach to life. Maria's role as People Experience Co-ordinator includes supporting our HR function, looking after the welfare of our Home Instead team and leading on the training of stomas and catheter care.

  • Jo is our part-time Community Development Officer. She's passionate about partnership working and reaching out to those who need support to stay independent, letting them know about the amazing difference our Care Professionals make to their clients each and every day.

  • Kayleigh is our Finance Manager and looks after our financial health here at Home Instead. She manages our cash flow, makes sure our staff and suppliers get paid on time and reviews financial reports and forecasts. She's a numbers kind of gal.
