Our 'Must get through' culture helps CAREGivers to maintain their 100% on-time, care service.

Home Instead, West Lancashire and Chorley have offered valuable contingency and emergency back-up support, to local NHS West Lancashire Community Services.

The on-going cold weather conditions, persistent snow fall and slippery road conditions have failed to thwart the professional CAREGivers at Home Instead, as they have continued to successfully maintain all care services, by visiting every one of their scheduled clients, since the arrival of this latest cold spell.

The CAREGivers “must get through “culture and their endeavour has ensured that they also proudly maintained their 100% on-time performance, sparing clients any potential distress and anxiety that might have been caused as a result of possible delays.

Notwithstanding this superb achievement, Robert Godson, Director, has personally contacted NHS Lancashire Community Health Teams and The NHS Southport Hospital - discharge planning team, to pledge local contingency support and assistance, which was greatly appreciated.

Should local NHS resources and or their other care providers become overwhelmed during this cold spell then Home Instead (who are always on call 24 x 7 x 365) will endeavour, if possible, to provide valuable last minute contingency assistance, with support from our high quality CAREGiver's and or “off road” 4 x 4 vehicle availability.
