  • Gail trained locally in Lancashire as a nurse, and has over 30 years of experience in the health care service, primarily within the NHS as a clinician and Senior Manager. Determined to make a difference locally.

  • Rebecca has worked in the health and social care sector since 2009. Realising her passion lay in community-based care and support, enabling individuals to maintain their independence and to remain living in their own homes.

  • Dawn started with Home Instead in 2017 as a care professional delivering excellent care to all clients. Recognsing her passion, Dawn was soon promoted to Quality Compliance Officer and not long after into the lead as our Deputy Care Manager.

  • Nikki has worked in the Care Sector for over 20 years in both general and mental health sectors. Working in a variety of roles throughout this time and has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience and is a pivotal member of our 'Health Care at Home' team.

  • Carol commenced working for Home Instead in July 2019, following a successful career in the Financial Sector. Carol has amassed a wide range of interpersonal skills, business acumen, and networking skills all of which Carol has successfully transferred to Home Instead

  • Harriet has been with Home Instead since 2014. Having begun her journey as a Care Professional and now has a pivotal role as our Head of Client Experience, with over 10 years experience working within the Care Sector.

  • Ellie started her journey in the care sector during December 2023. Having previously worked as an Accounts Assistant, managing payroll and employee holidays and queries. As our scheduler, Ellie ensures that all our Clients and Care Professionals are aware of their schedules.

  • Working as the Finance Officer for Home Instead West Lancashire & Chorley, Ruth has a strong background in finance including; bookkeeping, payroll and accounts, and consistently providing a most valuable service to our wonderful clients, their families and our team.

  • Liam first joined us in February 2020. Having originally came via a placement opportunity in partnership with Edge Hill University. Initially as a Social Media/Website Content Admin, his role as the DTO encompasses all things digital with Home Instead.

  • Julie is the first person you will interact with when arriving at the office, her friendly and bubbly personality will welcome you with open arms when visiting Home Instead West Lancashire and Chorley.

  • Having worked in the care sector for over 20 years, Mandy has experience in different fields of care. Including autism, mental health, dementia and alzheimers. Mandy has previously achieved a QCF Level 5 in health and social care and now works as our lead trainer.
