The management team have been working hard on training and support of staff in the field, as well as recognising their achievments, and rewarding staff accordingly.

Earlier this year the company received an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission. The report described how staff feel committed to the company, are supported and enjoyed their work. To celebrate, the team went to Butlins for the day. They returned again last week for their 3rd Birthday celebrations.
"Our culture starts with the people we hire and how we treat them. We are always looking to professionalise the way we provide care, but we want to make sure our team have fun and learn in the process. Although we've grown dramatically in our short time in business, we still have a personal feel to the company which is very important to me.
"As far as pay is concerned, we have always aimed to pay above the market rates to our staff, and paid their mileage costs, but at the start of 2018 we started paying for travel time as well. Now we offer a company pension scheme and an employee scheme that provides free counselling sessions to staff, as well as an array of other benefits such as financial or legal advice."
