Julie started in the care sector in 2016 and has over 20 years’ experience in networking/marketing before joining Home Instead Chelmsford in 2018.

Steve joined Home Instead Chelmsford as our Recruiter in 2022. Having cared for his late father, Steve wanted to give back and support the elderly
Steve supports our Care Pro’s and organises events to bring everyone together, to show care can be fun and to dispel negativity
Jo is our Compliance Officer, her role includes consultations and reviews. Jo enjoys building relationships with her clients and families.
Jo likes knowing that she is making a difference to her clients, enabling them to stay independent in their own homes with our support.
Alyson has worked in care since 2017. Her role as Field Supervisor and Everymind Champion supports both clients and Care Pro’s.
Alyson’s favourite part of her role are consultations, and introducing the right team to promote and support our client’s person-centered care.
Lisa has worked in care since 1999 and joined Home Instead in 2017 as a Care Pro before progressing up to Office Support
Lisa’s main role is to audit all care visits and raise any concerns to the team, and to ensure all Care Pro’s remain efficient at the support they provide
Anne joined Home Instead in 2016 and has worked her way up from Admin Assistant to our Scheduling Co-ordinator.
Anne’s ensures all our clients get the care they deserve to enable them to stay at home for as long as possible and to match them to their team of Care Pro's
