    Michelle is responsible for the welfare of both staff and clients and ensuring that all care quality standards are met and maintained.

  • Julie started in the care sector in 2016 and has over 20 years’ experience in networking/marketing before joining Home Instead Chelmsford in 2018.
    Julie supports many local groups, holds free 'Scam talks’ and volunteers at our local homeless shelter and Broomfield Hospital

    Alyson’s favourite part of her role are consultations, and introducing the right team to promote and support our client’s person-centered care.

  • Lisa has worked in care since 1999 and joined Home Instead in 2017 as a Care Pro before progressing up to Office Support
    Lisa’s main role is to audit all care visits and raise any concerns to the team, and to ensure all Care Pro’s remain efficient at the support they provide
