Phil owns the Cardiff office of Home Instead and has lived in Cardiff for many years.
Phil is focused on the Cardiff office on becoming a centre of excellence for Alzheimer's & other dementia care.
Gemma’s role is to ensure that the clients we support receive the highest quality service in a person-centred way that meets their needs and preferences.
In her spare time Gemma cherishes spending time with her 3 boys and enjoying spending time at her caravan in the Gower.
Simon joined Home Instead in July 2014 as a Care Professional and now is the Deputy Care Manager for Home Instead Cardiff.
In his spare time he enjoys listening to music (Cheesy 80’s music especially) and spending time with his family.

Kate joined the Home Instead team in December 2013 and is the Training Officer for Home Instead Cardiff.
In her spare time Kate enjoys baking, travelling and spending time with her family/friends.
Freya joined the Home Instead in 2022 providing support with HR and Recruitment. Outside of work Freya has an interest in sustainable fashion and has taken up amateur sewing and knitting.
Chloe joined the Home Instead Team in 2022 to help support our Clients and Care Professionals.
In her spare time Chloe love to bake brownies/cakes and spend time with her family.
Sue joined the Home Instead team in July 2015. Sue started as a Care Professional and progressed in the company from being a mentor, to a Senior Care Professional, and is now in the office as part of the HR Team doing administration.
Bethan joined the Home Instead team in August 2013. She had been a Care Professional for four years before starting a job in the office as an administrator to the Care Operations team in 2017.

Chrissy has been with Home Instead since 2019. She runs and supports lots of great events for the older generation of Cardiff, Penarth and Barry.

Rory joined Home Instead in December 2022 as the Staff Scheduler. Rory has brought his experience as an Assistant Store Manager, over the past 8 years. He chose to join the Home Instead team because he likes the company and many of the values that it has.
Our Care Professionals are the life line in our business and see our clients on a daily basis.
They build up a relationship full of trust with the clients and provide some that interaction that they would not have otherwise.
