Home Instead Social Coffee Mornings

 

In July our social coffee mornings in Dinas, Llandough and Barry were a great success.

We collaborate with South Wales Police to combat loneliness in our communities.

We understand the negative impacts on health and well-being when loneliness hits.

This can be for a number of reasons – death of a partner, moving to a new area, loss of confidence after a fall etc.

Our free coffee mornings run with a fun packed quiz made up of teams, and is designed to get people chatting to one another.

It’s a joy to see new friendships form at these sessions.
