In July, Chrissy and Emma from MenoPals  gave an information talk to a Single Parents group who wanted to know more about their hormonal journeys, and how to cope with symptoms.

Armed with visual explanations, humour, real life stories, compassion, and an array of HRT examples, they left the group a lot more clear and confident around all the options available to them for symptom control.
