Why Dementia Care may be right for you

As well as joining Home Instead’s dementia training programme, several of our Care Professionals have personal experience of dementia, having cared for a family member with the condition before coming to work for us. This experience gives them the knowledge, compassion and skills to provide tailored care that works. Our support adapts to changing needs and we adjust our service to reflect this, always aiming to treat the person with patience and kindness and bring joy back into their lives.
