Through publishing our popular What’s On Where Guide (WOW Guide) for older people we have developed relationships with many local groups serving the elderly in Calderdale which has helped our clients’ families and our Care Professionals to find those local activities which will benefit them such as seated exercise, dementia café’s and support groups. We also run a monthly companionship café at the Park Row Centre (formerly the Rest Centre) in Brighouse which two of our clients regularly attend with their carer.
