Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for the position of Deputy Care Manager at Home Instead, this is due to growth and development.

This will be a full-time contracted position with a salary of £24,000 per annum, dependant on experience.

The position will include some unsocial hours and weekend work, the senior managers do this too and its spread fairly.

You will be expected to participate in weekend and evening On call duties.

As Deputy Care Manager you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.

We are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate and dedicated to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients.

As Deputy Care Manager you will work closely with both the Operations Director and the Registered Manager in ensuring a high quality service continues to be delivered.


Candidates will have previous experience leading a team and have good understanding of care planning, risk assessment, medication administration and quality compliance.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience within the health and social sector.  

The candidate will hold a QCF/NVQ level  2/3 or above or be willing to undertake on commencing employment.

Must hold a full drivers licence and access to own vehicle.
