Our Director, Joe, brings valuable experience from managing multiple Home Instead offices, working closely with Care Manager Tracy to ensure our clients receive personalised support that helps them stay independent at home. From carefully matching Care Professionals with clients to hosting community events, we’re genuinely part of the local community – our office team even cooks Christmas lunch for our Care Professionals. We understand what matters to local families and focus on building meaningful relationships that make a real difference.
We are actively involved in Longwell Green and the surrounding area, running monthly film clubs that bring our clients together for entertainment and friendship. Our team organises the annual Macmillan Coffee Morning, raising vital funds whilst creating enjoyable social occasions for older people and their families.
