Congratulations

Kim joined the Home Instead Team back in April 2013 as a CAREGiver. Kim had not worked in the care sector before but was recruited for her “keenness and caring nature”. Kim has acquired many compliments during her time at Home Instead, and was also awarded CAREGiver of the Year in 2014. Kim then became a Field Support Supervisor to support other CAREGivers in the Field and later joining the Office team as Client Services Supervisor. Throughout her time at Home Instead Kim has been keen to learn and has attended many training courses. She also completed her QCF Qualification Level 2 in Health & Social Care in July 2015 and her Level 3 Diploma in May 2016. Kim was later promoted to Head of Clients Experience and after lots of studying, hard work and commitment has now achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (RQF) (Adults Advanced Practice) Please join us in congratulating Kim on her achievement which is very well earned
