Company Description

We are the Basingstoke franchise of the Home Instead Senior Care network, covering the north Hampshire area.  Our business is to provide domiciliary care to (mainly) elderly clients, enabling them to continue living independently at home and enhancing their wellbeing.  We provide a premium quality service based on regular home visits and strong relationships between caregivers and their clients.

This role will be pivotal in promoting our approach to home care, and will support the on going success and growth of our business.

Job Description
  • Build relationships with existing and potential sources of client referrals through presentations, face to face contacts, telephone calls and other ongoing liaison.

  • Work with other members of the team (scheduler, care manager, etc) to promote our services.

  • Develop marketing and promotional activities and campaigns.

  • Maintain and update our networking database.

  • Attend events and carry out speaking engagements.
