I would like to thank you for your care and support of both Mum and us since we started using Home instead. You have made things very easy for us and have been flexible and helpful every time we've had to make a change. I'd also like to send special thanks to particular CAREGivers. Their thoughfulness and always cheerful attitude was perfect and they made Mum feel special and cared for. She looked on them as her family and best friends. One star team member massively goes beyond the call of duty and has a major skill in listening, talking to and calming down people with anxiety and dementia. We can't thank her enough. ’’

Thanks for going beyond her basic duties to help, cheer and support Mum. Her visits made more difference than she can know.

Carol, Client's daughter

Pam who is Mum's Caregiver is PERFECT. Mum absolutely adores her and really enjoys her visit. I am very happy with the match and the service Home Instead provides. Thankyou

Sad news that Mum passed away this afternoon, very peacefully with all her

family around her, we loved her so much. Please give our thanks to all the

staff who have cared for mum this last year, they were all fantastic. A

huge thanks to Maureen for her special dinners, Jenny for her cheerie

desposition, Teresa trying so hard and loving she got a gold star but special

thanks to Tracey who was a godsend these last few days, I really don't know

how we got through it without her support.

M Erwood (daughter)

We are absolutely delighted with the level of care you are providing for Mum who has made huge progress since her fall at the end of January. Thank you to your carers who are extremely professional and caring - Sharon, Louise and Sally who have been a delight. We have ben extremely impressed with the care you provide. Thank you again.

Keith E, Spouse

I would very much like to state what an extremely pleasant lady Tracy O (CAREGiver) is. Her attention to her duties is nothing but outstanding. Nothing is too much for her, and Tracy always goes that extra piece to ensure her excellent standards are maintained. Your company must be extremely fortunate in having Tracy as one of your representatives.

' They took really good care of my Mum, they were very professional and really cared about my Mum. they made it easy for me knowing they would be taking care of Mum. They would all contact me if there were any problems which helped me. Overall they were great.'

Sharon, CAREGiver

"I enjoy being a CAREGiver as no two days are ever the same, and each day can bring a different challenge. It's such a warming feeling when your clients are pleased to see you. Whether it's just for a cup of tea and a chat, or a simple trip out."

Client Family Member

We are so grateful for your care and advise through a very difficult period for us, and your guidance certainly helped us through the minefield. We will not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone we meet with caring needs.

The combination of personal care (foot washing, fitting surgical stockings) and domestic assistance was of great benefit during my period of limited mobility; to this has to be added the exceptional quality of help and advice given during this period.
