We are Diana and Dale Bevington, owners of Home Instead Senior Care in Barnet. We came to Home instead back in June 2007. As is the case with other Home Instead owners, we both have personal experience dealing with the problems that can arise from finding support for ageing family members. Dale’s father was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and Diana’s mother with Alzheimer’s. With both our families living in Canada we fully appreciate the need for compassionate, responsive care that you can absolutely rely on.
We have a dedicated team of staff in the office with a range of experience including general nursing and mental health. Our schedulers, co-ordinators and Field Supervisors are always on hand to provide an unseen safety net of support for our CAREGivers and Clients. Our CAREGivers have been awarded for their enthusiasm and compassion both regionally and nationally.
The Home Instead motto is “To us, it’s personal” and for us we know the impact of supporting loved ones at home cannot be anything but personal. We strive to enhance the individualisation of each care package provided; regardless of how much support is needed, we always aim to match Clients with a CAREGiver suited to their personality and requirements.
Our Clients include individuals who have come to us themselves, those referred to us by their family both here in the UK or abroad, friends, health professionals and members of the community who are receiving supporting payments from the local authority via the NHS. Regardless of how you've come to Home Instead, our goal is to provide the same level of help that we would expect for our own parents.
