From the very first encounter the service has been exemplary and we are delighted with the support given to find the right care for my father. All staff are kind, understanding, discreet and non-intrusive. They understand my father’s care needs and we regularly review and update with the outstanding care manager and her team.

Dad had more than care, they were dear friends so valued by us all as Dad’s family for allowing us to still be family and not just carers. I would not hesitate to shout from the rooftops just what a difference having the friendly support they made to us as a family and would recommend to anyone needing as little as a cuppa and company to a full suite of care. Simply wonderful.

Home Instead have delivered a very caring and flexible visiting arrangement for my old friend who has no family. They have an excellent team of staff who do make the difference. Recognising the changes in the needs of my friend was very important as not living near to my friend they kept me very up to date on his care and needs. After trying 12 other providers of care in the home, it was getting later in the day on a Friday and I was getting stressed and upset that I couldn’t find any help for my mother. Thankfully a friend suggested Home Instead and that’s when I met the wonderful, kind, and helpful team who sorted care in just a couple of days. They were very kind to my dad who has dementia, as it can be a little unnerving for an elderly gentleman when ladies he’s never met before start appearing in the bedroom he shares with his wife! I cannot recommend the team highly enough for their kindness and professionalism at a particularly difficult time for our family. I hope that they’re all still around when my time comes to be helped.
