Field Support Supervisor - Management Level Progression Opportunity
Home Instead Sheffield & Barnsley was established in 2006 and our mission is to brighten the lives of adults in our community giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing & worth. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care provide exceptional support for CAREGivers and support the growth of our business.
We are particularly interested in speaking to individuals who are ready for progression into a Supervisory role (whether that be by previous experience in care or formal learning) and would be excited by the opportunity to move through the ranks on a Management Journey in Health & Social Care.
Based at our North Sheffield office in Chapeltown - 5 days per week.
37.5 hour p/w - Permanent Contract.
Some weekend working to include on-call duties on a rota basis - typically 1 in 5 weekends.
CAREGiver & Client support/supervisory role - with an emphasis on learning and development to Management Level.

Full driving licence/access to own vehicle.
Flexibility with an emphasis on exceptional quality of care.
Experience of providing a quality service.
Ability to coach and mentor CAREGivers.
Prior study and formal qualifications relating to Health & Social Care would be an advantage but not essential.
