Local at-home care company, Home Instead Sheffield, were delighted when they were recently nominated for the Sheffield 2012 Transition Awards. These awards celebrate groups working to create more sustainable communities in Sheffield.
Home Instead, were nominated by a member of the general public, and headed the category for Wellbeing. Home Instead provide quality care to vulnerable adults, ensuring that they are supported in their desire to remain in the home of their choice.
Home Instead who also support vulnerable adults in Barnsley, thought it was a privilege to share the event with other great associations within Sheffield and all those nominated had extremely worthy achievements. In the true spirit of Transition the winners in each category were chosen in a non-competitive and inclusive manner, or in other words pulled from a hat.
Home Instead wish to congratulate all the category winners, well done.
