For the fourth time in a row, Home Instead have topped Laing and Buisson's care compliance monitor, with a compliance score of 97%. Laing and Buisson are one of the industries leading market researchers, and each quarter they have looked at the results of inspections made by the Care Quality Commission for different care companies. This has provided the public with a snapshot of who the most compliant care companies in the UK are in terms of meeting the CQC's core standards.
Home Instead have topped the last three compliance monitors in the private care sector, which is an outstanding achievement, and represents an excellent continuity of care. Bryn Evans of Home Instead Sheffield North commented "Topping the compliance table for the fourth time in a row shows that our organisation is maintaining high quality care, not just on a local scale, but on a national one as well. For many people care is about trust; the inspections conducted by the CQC highlight which care companies are hitting the national standards and which care companies can be trusted to deliver that high quality of care".
