More Superhero CAREGivers join the Home Instead team

A warm welcome to our new recruits!
A warm welcome to our new recruits!

Over the past week, at our office in Ecclesfield, Home Instead has been hosting our induction training for our new recruits.

Over the 4 day course, our inductees have gone from the Journey begins all the way to completing their moving and handling training, with a different manager delivering training each day.

Our inductees come from different backgrounds and may not necessarily have experience in the care industry so our induction training provides them with all the skills they need to be a Home Instead CAREGiver.

Before confirming their place on the induction training 3 personal and 3 professional references are collected to ensure we have the perfect candidates for our CAREGiver roles, all to ensure that we continue to deliver care of the highest quality.

Bryn Evans, owner of Home Instead, said:

“It’s been another great week of induction training and we have really enjoyed meeting our new recruits, we know they will be fantastic!”

“We usually have around 10 on our induction courses, whereas this time we have had 4 so it has been more of an intimate training course and we know the four we have will be great additions.”

“We have more inductions scheduled for May and we are arranging more people to attend these courses over the next few weeks, you don’t have to have experience in care to become part of our growing team, it is all about personality to us and our induction training will provide the rest of the skills needed”

If you would like to become part of our team of superhero CAREGivers then do not hesitate to call us on 0114 246 9666 or come and see us at our office!
