On December 17th Home Instead Sheffield North received a routine inspection from the Care Quality Commission, to check that all standards of safety and quality were being met. We are very pleased to announce that we remain CQC compliant with all standards surpassed, and an excellent inspection report.

We have been up and running for almost seven and a half years, providing high quality personal care, companionship and home care to seniors in the local community who need support at home. The CQC contacted a large portion of our clients to talk to them about what they thought about our services and if they were happy with them; we were overall very happy with their feedback.

” We are highly satisfied with the service; they are very good and have adhered to what we have agreed”. comments such as this underline the value of success when meeting the clients needs and providing good quality care to people in Sheffield.

Sarah our registered Head of Care said “We are delighted with the outcome of this inspection; however we were quietly confident that we would meet the CQC standards as our CAREGivers continue to go above and beyond to provide the highest quality of care”.

The recruitment process within Home Instead is a lengthy one, but for good reason. It allows only the best people to be selected, for their empathy, and compassion as we only want the best care for our clients. CAREGivers are the people who really make a difference to people’s lives and we hope that they can provide more care to people who need it in 2014.
